Long Island Academy defender Marcelo Arango wants to have that championship feeling all over again.

Marcelo's teams have won wherever he has played. The 30-year-old native of Medellin, Colombia played for Newtown High School, capturing the New York City championship in 1996. It was on to Long Island University in Brooklyn and a Northeast Conference championship in 1998. Marcelo won a national championship with the Long Island Rough Riders in 2002.

Marcelo says that "every time you win a final, the feeling is unforgettable."

He returns for his third season with the Academy.
